Leadership
Richie is an entrepreneur at heart. He has always had a passion for solving problems, working with great people, and finding the next opportunity to build. Prior to starting the Longview Group, Richie ran a property maintenance company, which he started and grew to over $1M in revenue and 6+ employees. He started his career in the construction industry as a heavy equipment operator and carpenter, before shifting into project management and real estate development. Richie holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Virginia.
Outside of work, Richie loves to compete in triathlons, shop at Costco, and spend time with his wife and three children.
